A study carried out assessing 2000 women between the ages of 18 and 45 were asked about how they formed first impressions. The majority of them admitted to reaching an opinion on another women in a matter of seconds purely by judging their appearance.
Eight out of ten admitted they judged other women when they first met them, although one in six claimed they didn’t mean to. But what are we judging?
54% said they looked at the size of a women’s waist.
45% said they checked if the women wore too much make up.
Four in ten analyse their fashion sense.
One in six size up the man a woman is with.
Eight in ten said they were a good judge of character.
Nine in ten said they were fully aware other women were also judging them.
What they notice:
1. How fat another women is
2. Whether they are wearing too much makeup
3. Their overall fashion sense
4. How they have styled their hair
5. Their smile
6. Skin and spots
7. How tall they are
8. Noticeable hair roots
9. If they have overdone their fake tan
10. Style of their eye makeup
